My Staitistical investagation

 Me and my team find out at 2:00 pm the wind seed was 45 km/h at 2:01 pm  it dropped to 27 km/h. Then it went up again to 41km/h at 4:00 pm.                                                                                           

I find out by myself at 2:00 pm the average wind seed was 41km/h . Then the average wind seed was 40km/h then it dropped to 28km/h at 2:30 pm.

My friend was helping me and he told me at 1:00 pm the wind seed will be 41.Then it will do-p to 27 at 2:00 pm.
